Sewers Hideout
The Party confronts Floon’s torturer and engage in combat. The intellect devourer they were fighting teleported into Cain’s head and started to devour his brain, Cain’s consciousness started to fade as the intellect devourer was consuming his brain and his life with it. The intellect devourer took control of Cain’s body and started to attack Cain’s companions with his body. Oscar is taken down while trying to save Cain and restore his consciousness, while this is happening Cain’s god is trying to save him and exorcise the intellect devourer from his body. Cain manages to return through his willpower but the intellect has caused permanent brain damage and a everlasting wound. The adventurers rejoice the fact that they have made it out and they leave with Floon through a secret passage that leads to the home of a family of gnomes. The party rest at their home as they are very accommodating and they leave to return Floon the next day.
Silver city
The party bring Floon back to Volo which Volo reacts with much excitement, after Floon and Volo talk a bit Volo gives the party a Sheepish look and explains he doesnt have the Silver to pay them but as he is a man of his word he offers the deed to a property that he recently bought which the party accepts. The party get to the manor and they find it in ruins with three children playing in there and Volo also told them that the manor is supposedly haunted but that doesnt stop the party and they start to renovate the tavern. They repair the place, they hire some staff, and they decorate the place.
